WAKO K1 came to 5 Elements in Basildon over the weekend with 2 seminars being held on Saturday 29th May. One seminar was for all of the students at 5 Elements and was also open to other gyms. A number of top gyms came along to join in the seminar and all the students had a great time increasing their knowledge of this type of full contact kickboxing.

The 2nd seminar was a closed seminar and just open to the 5 Elements competition squad. This was very much about increasing the ring skills of our fighters and proved to be very popular.
