Ladies can sometimes feel self conscious if training in a mixed environment and it is for this reason that we provide Ladies only classes as well as our usual classes.

Typically the Ladies course teaches the following exercises

• Cloud Hands

• 8 Pieces of Silk

• Seated Qi Gong

These easy to learn exercises help to develop and feel the flow of Qi within the body developing health and longevity. They also improve flexibility, release tension, ease stress and develop ease of movement.
