Sell out Kickboxing show a huge success
Submitted by Sifu on Sun, 05/09/2010 - 12:41.The Beginning - 5 Elements Promotions 1st kickboxing show, a night of Kickboxing and WAKO K1 style fights was a huge success. Many thanks to all the fighters and fight camps that attended some comming as far as Grimsby. The crowd were superb with huge support for all the fighters.
After talks with WAKO officials following the event this will now become a regular series of events bringing the main sanctioning body to Essex on a regular basis.

Supporting Havens Hospices - Mulberry Mud Run
Submitted by Sifu on Thu, 04/29/2010 - 07:48.5 Elements Martial Arts, Basildon, Essex will be supporting Havens Hospices by sending 2 teams to the Mulberry mud run. The main run is through mud and waist high water covering 2.5miles while the fun run is shorter and to a height of ankle deep water.
Tony Willis, Head of 5 Elements said "We are proud to associate ourselves once again with a great charity event which will also be great fun for our members."

5 Elements New Gym opened 3 Years
Submitted by Sifu on Mon, 04/05/2010 - 11:10.5 Elements New Gym in Cranes Farm Road has now been open 3 years. The gym has had so many changes and improvements over the years and is going from strength to strength.
With new additions such as a cage wall for the MMA classes being planned and further new classes being added to the schedule all the time this realy is a gym on the up and up.
We now have everyone training from pensioners in the Tai Chi classes to 4 British WAKO kickboxing champions.
