As part of the celebration of our 5th Birthday of the Academy opening in Cranes Farm Road, 5 Elements will be providing all the Boxing sessions completely FREE of charge until the end of April 2012. Everyone is welcome to come along and train with us in the noble art of Boxing, Learn correct punching techniques, pad combinations and bag work whilst having a fun workout. This is suitable for all adults and is great for both men and ladies to attend.
