Helen Robinson-Carey from 5 Elements Martial Arts in Basildon, Essex won her first Full Contact Kickboxing fight at the WAKO show in Doncaster on Sunday 11^th of October 2009.

Helen dominated the 3 round fight showing great character and determination. Helen who with her husband Dave runs the Chip Inn at Maylandsea decided that her daughter Isabella aged 9 was too young to attend but Arthur 11 could watch as he is a member of Chelmsford Amateur Boxing club and used to ring  sports. Helen has only been training in competition Kickboxing at 5 Elements for a year but is also a Ju-Jitsu Black Belt and has practiced Martial Arts for over 10 years.
