Our Ladies kickboxing is great for those looking to train in kickboxing in a ladies only class
It is also for those who don’t feel comfortable or have the confidence to train in a mixed group of people and who would like to socially interact with other ladies who will support each other and push one another to train harder.
Will cover all the basic defences from K1 and MuayThai kickboxing incorporating punches and kicks including combination and fitness drills .
The training will help improve coordination, balance, endurance, cardiovascular health and strength.
