Competition
You have the option of training purely for your self improvement and enjoyment or you can follow the competition route which are able to offer due to our membership of the WKA and BFKKO into either light contact competition or the different styles of full contact fighting. More advanced elements such as ring work, sparring and conditioning are held in seperate classes and if you wish to compete you will be invited to qualify for the 5 Elements squad. As a squad member you recieve additional training teaching you how to compete and win.
We compete annualy at the WAKO British championships and a number of other promotions such as Genesis. With competitions being held regularly both in the UK and internationally a genuine meaningful national and international ranking can be obtained. Within 5 Elements we cover Full Contact Kickboxing, Low Kick Kickboxing, K1, Muay Thai Boxing with UK and Thai rules plus Semi and Light contact events.
