5 Elements Martial Arts Academy today announced membership of the UK Muay Thai Federation. Chief Instructor Tony Willis first became involved in Muay Thai in the early 1980s and is pleased that 5 Elements students will have additional opportunities associated with this membership.

5 Elements today announced their next show in Basildon Essex. The show will include Kickboxing, K1, MMA and Submission Grappling. The event will once again give Basildon Fighters from 5 Elements the chance to highlight their skills while providing a fantastic night of sport for the spectators.

Luke Hollis & Darren Watson travelled with a large number of fans to watch their fights at a BFKKO sanctioned show in Peterborough on Sunday 30th October. Both 5 Elements competitors won their fights resulting in a great night for the Leading Basildon Based kickboxing Academy.

5 Elements took a team of 4 to the British Open No- GI championships run by BJJ legend Braulio Estima. 3 of the fighters were competing for the first time and overall the team took 2 Bronze Medals so another fantastic result for the grappling skills of our MMA classes.
