5 Elements New Gym in Cranes Farm Road has now been open 3 years. The gym has had so many changes and improvements over the years and is going from strength to strength.

With new additions such as a cage wall for the MMA classes being planned and further new classes being added to the schedule all the time this realy is a gym on the up and up.

We now have everyone training from pensioners in the Tai Chi classes to 4 British WAKO kickboxing champions.
